Yes, you can cancel your order within 1 hour after placing your order, and only if the order has not been fulfilled.

Please visit the order status page (sent to you via the order confirmation email) and follow the below steps to cancel your order:

• Under Order Actions, click "Cancel"
• Confirm that you want to cancel your order.
• Your order will be canceled immediately after you confirm.
