While we would love to accommodate this, we are unable to retroactively apply Birthday Sale discounts to previous purchases. If your recent order has not yet been fulfilled, you can quickly cancel it using the self-service options (via your order confirmation page, our chat bot, or the mobile app) and place a new order to receive the discount. However, if your order has already shipped, it is locked and cannot be adjusted. We appreciate your understanding, as we do our best to communicate upcoming sales well in advance so our customers can plan ahead!
