We are disappointed to hear your bangles arrived misshapen. Because each bangle is unique and handcrafted by over 20 artisans, there can be a bit of wabi-sabi (perfect-imperfection) in each one—but you should love the shape of your bangles.

You have two options:

2. Reshape Them at Home: If you are excited to wear your bangles right now, there is a simple solution! Place them in hot tap water (not boiling) for a few minutes until they become malleable. Once warm, you can lay them on a flat surface under a heavy book until they cool, or even gently mold them with your hands to the perfect shape. We've even noticed that the warmth from our own bodies is often enough to shape them!
